Occupational wellness is defined as personal satisfaction and enrichment from one’s work. This also includes the ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs or our chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our lives. Our desire to contribute in our careers makes a positive impact within the organizations we work and beyond, which leads to Occupational Wellness.
